We run these virtual- and private-label marketplaces in one of the nation’s largest media networks. Our industry leading segmentation and AI-driven  matching technologies help consumers find better solutions and brands faster.  They allow brands to target and reach in-market customer prospects with pinpoint segment-by-segment accuracy, and to pay only for performance results. Our campaign-results-driven matching decision engines and optimization algorithms are built from over 20 years and billions of dollars of online media experience. We believe in: The direct measurability of digital media. Performance marketing. (We pioneered it.) The advantages of technology. We bring all this together to deliver truly great results for consumers and brands in the world’s biggest channel.   Job Category     We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the B2C growth direction for HomeBuddy, QuinStreet's consumer brand in the Home Services vertical. HomeBuddy is a marketplace that connects homeowners with the right contractors across the US, and it competes on the quality of that match - exclusive, high-intent homeowner demand and long-term contractor partnerships - rather than on raw lead volume.    In this role you will own data-driven growth strategy for the HomeBuddy consumer platform. You will sit at the center of product, data, and business teams, driving experimentation and user research to move key growth metrics across acquisition, activation, and monetization. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role for someone who takes ownership of outcomes and thrives on solving ambiguous, high-impact problems independently.        Responsibilities     Growth Strategy and Experimentation     Own the design and execution of data-driven growth strategies aligned with business goals, with a focus on acquisition, activation, and monetization. Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and drive measurable improvement in growth metrics. Conduct funnel analysis, user behavior analysis, and market trend analysis to identify and prioritize growth opportunities. Partner with the data team to design measurement frameworks, set hypotheses, and validate features through data analysis.    User Research and Insight     Lead user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs, pain points, and motivations. Translate research and data insights into actionable product improvements.    Solution Discovery and Delivery     Lead solution discovery with the development team, identifying and validating the most effective approaches to address user needs and business goals. Manage feasibility, profitability, demand, legal, and other non-technical risks throughout delivery. Ensure solutions are delivered effectively to end users, from discovery through launch.    Stakeholder Management and Team Support     Communicate proactively with stakeholders across product, business, development, data, and marketing to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and keep teams updated on progress and outcomes. Facilitate planning activities and ensure transparency through regular reporting on delivered results. Support the engineering team, sharing best product practices and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.    Requirements     At least 3+ years of experience in specifically Growth Product Management, or 5+ years in Product Management for B2C products, or 7+ years in Product
