They’re responsible for defining and driving the development of products that align with the company's vision and deliver exceptional value to those partners. This role bridges the gap between business, technology, and user experience, ensuring the delivery of innovative, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. In addition to setting product strategies and prioritizing features, the Product Manager maintains deep expertise in the product's features, user experience, and compliance with industry regulations. They also ensure internal teams are equipped with the necessary product knowledge to support successful development and implementation. The Product Manager works cross-functionally to set product strategies, prioritize features, and oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. 🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have: Product Strategy Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with business goals and market opportunities for B2B products. Ensure market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends and insights for B2B products. Collaborate with the B2B Lead to define and align on product objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Product Roadmap Own the product roadmap for B2B products, balancing business priorities, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications. Works closely with the other product teams to align shared platform decisions with partner-specific needs. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and updates for B2B products. Work closely with both partners and internal teams, to gather requirements and manage expectations. Present product plans, progress, and performance to the B2B Lead and other key stakeholders. Execution and Delivery Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Assist in the quality assurance process by reviewing product changes and enhancements to ensure they meet regulatory standards, user needs, and industry best practices. Contribute to launch readiness through scoping and UAT, alongside internal B2B Ops and B2B partners. Post-Launch Optimization Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Analyze user behavior to drive innovation and enhancements that improve product functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction.
