About the Company Join Birdman, a fast-growing plant-based food and supplements company making sustainable, healthier choices a breeze. Our mouthwatering products are winning hearts worldwide. Be part of the global plant-based revolution and make a massive impact on the planet and on people's lives. Let's create plant-powered magic together! 🌱🚀🦅 Job Description Passionate about positive change? Data-driven, entrepreneurial, and ambitious? Join us at Birdman for an incredible opportunity to build something new. Take flight and be part of our journey! 🌱🚀🦅 The Role: As our B2B Digital Growth & Affiliates Specialist , you'll own the digital engine of our B2B channel — the natural home of our long-tail customers (accounts with an average purchase potential under $50,000 MXN/month). You'll design a frictionless self-service portal experience, build the automation and pull strategies that let small accounts manage themselves end-to-end, and turn transactional data into real-time business intelligence. On top of that, you'll design, launch, and scale Birdman's B2B Affiliate Program — including our network of prescribers and medical/professional recommendation — as a controlled-CAC acquisition engine. Get ready to soar and make a difference! 🌱🚀🦅 The Goal: At Birdman, we strive for greatness — to become a global leader in the supplements industry and a trailblazer in the plant-based revolution. You'll be an essential part of this transformational journey, migrating our long-tail portfolio to self-service and building an affiliate ecosystem that grows with you. Scope note: The B2B digital channel serves accounts with average purchase potential below $50,000 MXN/month (long tail); leads above that threshold are routed to the Commercial Expansion Executive (Hunter). This role reports to the Head of Traditional Trade . Key Responsibilities 🛒 Own the Digital Customer Journey: Map, design, and optimize the B2B digital journey so small accounts can self-manage efficiently from onboarding through delivery and post-sale — a 100% autonomous, intuitive buying experience. ⚙️ Automate to Scale: Design and implement automation flows (emails, abandoned-cart reminders, cross-selling, up-selling, repurchase nudges) based on customer buying behavior, minimizing man-hours spent on low-volume accounts. 📊 Turn Data into Intelligence: Extract, consolidate, and clean daily data from the ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platform; build dynamic, easy-to-read dashboards (Power BI or similar) giving real-time visibility into portal performance, conversion, frequency, and repurchase. 🧲 Drive Pull, Not Push: Design the channel's pull strategy — content, referrals, and recommendation campaigns — to generate inbound demand without relying on direct commercial contact. 💸 Manage Channel Profitability: Calculate, monitor, and present digital-channel profitability metrics (CAC, LTV, digital Cost-to-Serve vs. margin) and set the right cadence for KPI reviews. 🔍 Audit & Optimize the Funnel: Continuously test the B2B web platform for usability frictions, interface bugs, and checkout barriers; run A/B tests to improve open, click, and conversion rates. 🤝 Build the Affiliate Program: Design the recruitment, activation, and development strategy for the B2B Affiliate Program — including the prescriber and medical-visit network — defining commission tiers, attribution policies, and payment terms, and selecting the right referral/tracking platform. 🩺 Operate the Prescriber Network: Recruit, onboard, and follow up with affiliates and prescribers (doctors, nutritionists, and other professionals), tracking referral links, coupons, recommendations, and results in the field. 🧾 Reconcile & Comply: Reconcile and calculate monthly affiliate commissions with Finance, and ensure all affiliate materials and incentives operate within the applicable health-claims reg
