Contract Police Officer Opportunities – West Vancouver Police Department Are you a recently retired police officer (within the last three years) or approaching retirement? West Vancouver Police is proud to offer flexible and rewarding 2-Year Contract Policing opportunities designed to keep experienced officers engaged in meaningful service. Our jurisdiction includes the District of West Vancouver and the village of Xwemelch’stn (Capilano Reserve), located within the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation). We serve a diverse and vibrant community across 87 square kilometers of stunning natural landscape, from sea level to mountain peaks.
