The role will service our customers across Leinster. Hours - 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm Friday CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivery of bulk 19ltr water , coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targets As the face of Culligan, in our customer sites, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your scheduled activities to support delivery of our customer satisfaction targets Responsible for working closely with the necessary scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAs Responsible for accurate and timely updating of relevant systems i.e. epod or handheld platform with key information to record the outcomes of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
