Overview
The Away from Home (AFH) Manager, BCCA is responsible for driving growth of PepsiCo’s beverage portfolio across out-of-home consumption channels in the BCCA region. This role supports the development and execution of FOBO ( Franchise ) AFH strategy, working closely with franchise bottlers, distributors, and key customers to maximize market penetration, brand visibility, and profitability in AFH channels.
Responsibilities
• Drive transformative growth in the Away-from-Home business for BCCA FOBO
• Build and execute in partnership with all stakeholders (franchise partners, market and OU team, International
• Bevs & AFH) to deliver a step-change AFH growth agenda covering
• Winning More AFH Key Accounts
• Expand Independent AFH outlet coverage
• Sell More across both Independent and Organized AFH
• Build capability of our partners on AFH (leveraging International AFH community / best practices and playbooks) to support the above growth agenda and actively partner with them to build and execute the transformation plan to deliver against the growth agenda
• Own Annual Plan, 3-Year Plan and Contractual agreements for all AFH topics
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 5–8 years in commercial, key account management, or channel development within beverages or FMCG.
• Experience in Away From Home / foodservice / on-premise channels strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L understanding.
• Proven success in working with distributors, bottlers, or franchise systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a regional, multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English (additional BCCA languages a plus).
