Description
Responsibilities
• Support Relationship Managers in providing differentiated service to high net-worth customers and contribute to customer retention and growth
• Collaborate with business support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and delivery of customer-focused service to exceed customer expectations
• Establish customer relationships, know the customers to gain their confidence and trust, and deliver customer-focused solutions
• Assist Relationship Managers in the daily maintenance of customer relationships
• Serve as customers’ key contact point in initiating customer instructions, monitoring fund payment, and preparing loans disbursement instructions
• Regular sharing of feedback and suggestion for process improvement
• Mentor and support new on boarded and junior ARM on daily tasks performance
• Render support to teammates for problem resolutions and escalate to Senior CSM team for any issues encountered
• Assist Senior CSM on people management on resources planning and administrative tasks
• Assist Senior CSM to champion key initiatives
• Demonstrates active leadership in meetings/focus group/project/events and guide ARMs to build Great Teams and Great Culture on collaboration, PRIDE and new way of work
• Work collaboratively within the team, cross region and inter departments to achieve faster and better results
• Role model strong governance mindset and risk awareness to create positive risk culture in the team
Requirements
• Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in in Wealth Management/ Private Banking industry
• Solid experience in building customer relationships is an advantage
• Qualified to carry out Investment regulated activities (Types 1 and 4) under Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) is preferable
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
