As a Bartender you will be responsible for: • The day to day running of the bar. • Previous quality bartending experience in a busy setting. • A passion for fantastic food and drinks. • Cocktail creations & menu costings. • Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas. • Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues. • Positive and proactive attitude. • Loves being part of a team. • A love for “wow-ing” the guest and going the extra mile. The basic hourly rate for this role is £10, you will also earn a share of service charge, which is distributed to all staff through a Tronc Point system.
