What We Offer • Competitive flat-rate compensation for experienced technicians • Potential sign-on bonus for qualified candidates • Recently built, climate-controlled facility with air conditioning and heating • State-of-the-art equipment and diagnostic tools • Family-friendly 5-day work schedule • Medical, dental, and life insurance • 401(k) with company match • Earn up to 10 days of paid time off during your first year • Vacation savings program with company match • Technician recognition program • Tool reimbursement program Responsibilities • Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns efficiently and accurately • Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards • Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify issues • Diagnose, maintain, and repair engines, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems • Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with Service Advisors • Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications • Maintain high-quality workmanship and productivity standards Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience required • Mercedes, Volkswagen, or Audi vehicle experience preferred • Level A or Level B technician status strongly preferred • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction If you are an experienced technician looking to join a growing luxury automotive organization with a modern facility, excellent benefits, and long-term career opportunities, we encourage you to apply.
