Technician-Specific Benefits: • Air-conditioned and heated shop • Earn up to ten days of Paid time off in your first year • Shop equipped with the best equipment available • Technician recognition program • Tool reimbursement program • Continued education, manufacturer hands-on and web-based training (expenses paid to further your career) • Clean and professional work environment • Annual performance-based bonuses Duties: • Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Requirements Qualifications: • One year dealership experience in technician role • ASE certifications are ideal • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
