Ted Britt Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to support our Ford Mobile Service Program. This role delivers routine maintenance and approved minor repairs directly to customers, providing convenience without sacrificing quality or safety.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Requirements
Duties – Mobile Service Technician
• Perform Ford-approved mobile maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, wiper replacements, and light recall work.
• Travel to customer homes, workplaces, or designated locations using a dealership-provided mobile service vehicle.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections to confirm eligibility for mobile service.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and vehicle condition.
• Coordinate daily routes and schedules with the Mobile Service Coordinator.
• Ensure required parts, tools, and supplies are stocked prior to service visits.
• Accurately document services completed in the dealership management system.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the mobile service vehicle.
• Adhere to all Ford Mobile Service Program guidelines, dealership policies, and safety standards.
• Refer repairs beyond the mobile service scope to the Service Department.
ADA Essential Duties
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in outdoor environments for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to operate hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and service vehicles safely.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person and electronically.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
