Rewards for Automotive Technician/Mechanic • $23.00 per hour based on experience • Not Flat Rate! • No nights or weekends! • No overbilling or upselling! • Steady work • Monday - Friday work schedule • Early out on Fridays • Full benefits & paid time off • Matching 401(k) • Career growth potential Responsibilities for Automotive Technician/Mechanic • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on cars, vans, and light trucks. • Perform engine tune-ups and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues. • Repair or replace parts and components as needed. • Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Provide courteous, efficient customer service. • Communicate operational concerns to management in a timely manner. • Work independently and collaboratively with the team. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements for Automotive Technician/Mechanic • 2+ years of automotive technician/mechanic experience. • Must be at least 21 years old. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Good set of tools (specialty tools provided). • Knowledge of mechanical systems and repair techniques. • Strong attention to detail and safety practices. • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and staff. • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. • Able to prioritize tasks and handle urgent repairs. • Works independently and as part of a team. • Reliable, accountable, and professional. Physical Requirements for Automotive Technician / Mechanic: • Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor operational environments. • Ability to use tools and mechanical equipment safely.
