The Operations Manager/Shop Foreman is responsible for service excellence, managing shop workflow efficiency and assisting technicians to maximize their weekly performance. This position works very closely with the Service Manager to oversee the quality of work on customer vehicles and maximizing shop efficiency. , We are looking for leader who is energetic, enjoys motivating their team to success and is dedicated to promoting a positive work environment.
