You'll perform routine maintenance and safety inspections while learning alongside experienced technicians in a state-of-the-art service department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on vehicles and wants to build a long-term career in automotive service. What You'll Do: Perform routine maintenance including: Oil and filter changes Tire rotations and balancing Tire repair and replacement Multi-point vehicle inspections Battery testing and replacement Fluid checks and exchanges Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently while following dealership and manufacturer standards Identify maintenance concerns and communicate findings clearly to service advisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training Assist experienced technicians while developing diagnostic and repair skills Deliver quality work with every vehicle serviced Who You Are: Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn Passionate about working on vehicles and developing your technical skills Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job right the first time Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive team player with a strong work ethic Customer-focused and proud of delivering quality work Looking for a dealership that offers long-term career growth Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Authorized to work in the United States Who We Are: Berlin City Auto Group is a family of dealerships throughout Maine and Vermont.
