Description
Accenture is hiring an Automotive Embedded Software Verification Engineer to strengthen our automotive team in Gothenburg. This role combines on-site customer support with hands-on embedded software testing across SiL, HiL and ViL environments. In this role you will ensure software quality by both validating it in automated test pipelines and representing the team directly at customer site. This role requires frequent presence at client premises in Gothenburg, thus we look for candidates having existing working permit/rights in Sweden or right to work in EU. What You’ll Do · Write and maintain automated test cases using a Pytest based framework · Perform testing across components, integration and system levels · Execute and debug tests in SiL, HiL and ViL environments · Analyse test results, logs and measurement data to identify defects · Debug issues in collaboration with SW developers · Maintain test data, configurations and parameterization · As on-site customer interface, serve as on-site technical liaison; support integration, verification and vehicle testing at customer facilities · Facilitate rapid issue identification, debugging and resolution; communicate feedback to development teams · Provide hands-on support for software flashing, configuration, milestone reviews and technical workshops Primary skills for the role:      experienced in embedded software, including testing embedded software (SIL, HIL, ViL), customer-facing roles      C++ proficiency      Expertise in Pytest and Python-based test automation      Understanding of embedded systems and ECU architecture      CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions      Experience with debugging tools and log/trace analysis      Testing experience in one or more: CAN/LIN/Ethernet protocols, Diagnostics, OBD, Security, Functional Safety      Strong SOC/MCU software integration knowledge      Good communication skills; fluent English Nice if you have also some of these skills:      Experience with functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity frameworks      Familiarity with automotive development processes (ASPICE, AUTOSAR)      Additional scripting/automation skills (Bash, etc.) What we can offer you      Competitive compensation and benefits      Flexible work hours with a good work-life balance      Significant development opportunities and support for progressing in your professional career.      Rich opportunities to develop your business acumen, consulting toolbox, industry knowledge, technical and professional skills.      Meaningful and exciting client projects      A phenomenal opportunity through working with a great variation of projects and industries.      A dedicated mentor following your career journey and a strong learning culture.      Responsibility, trust, and an inclusive work environment      The opportunity to get involved in Accenture´s volunteering, Women in Tech, sport- and social groups.      Access to industry and capability specialists in all corners of the world with outstanding international knowledge and experience      A good and inclusive working environment, where you will work with inspiring and skilled colleagues and managers.
