Responsibilities: • Complete the disassembly of the vehicle to examine the damages to plan the repair process. • Works and communicates with others to keep all vehicles on schedule for on-time delivery. • Performing all body repairs according to estimate. • Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind. • Makes decisions on repair vs. replace. • considering safety, cost and cycle time. • Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools. • Attend daily release meetings.
