As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team. Compensation & Benefits for Behavior Technician •$ 22-$28/hour Direct Therapy rate • $300 sign-on bonus • Fully paid training (no experience required) • RBT certification support + exam reimbursement • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) with company match • Flexible part-time schedules (15–30 hours/week) • Mileage reimbursement between sessions • Clear career path: Behavior Technician → Mid-level→ BCBA
