Account specific roles and responsibilities Review and process authorization requests from insurance companies. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed by the end of the day, with no pending items. Track and monitor task completion and provide timely updates to the direct team lead. Requirements Basic knowledge about Medicare and Medicaid            At least 6 months BPO Healthcare Experience Has experience reviewing medical records, processing authorization, and verifying benefits Good verbal and written English skills With good attention to details Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong Amenable working night shifts Benefits What can we offer you?
