Description
We are seeking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role provides administrative and coordination support for the firm's client onboarding, AML, and KYC processes. This role is responsible for tracking documentation, coordinating follow-ups, maintaining records, and supporting compliance activities to help ensure regulatory and internal requirements are completed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities • Support the administration of client acceptance and continuance processes within the Audit and Assurance Service Line by preparing, tracking, and maintaining required documentation. This would include conducting conflict checks, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening, Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, and other required compliance checks. • Maintain accurate and organized records of client acceptance, AML, KYC, and related compliance documentation in accordance with firm policies. • Coordinate with engagement teams, risk management teams, and compliance personnel to facilitate timely completion of onboarding and compliance requirements. • Prepare status updates, reports, and trackers to support monitoring of client acceptance and compliance activities. • Support the resolution of documentation gaps and follow-up actions identified during compliance reviews. • Any other adhoc duties as assigned that is reasonable under the scope of your work Requirements • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline • Minimum 1 year of administrative/clerical experience • Good team player and is able to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Good written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and planning skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft office • Receptive to trainings organised by the firm on relevant topics
