The Recipe (About the Role) Lead the Weetabix Food Safety Audit programme  Conduct audits against our resident contractors, ensuring strict compliance to the Weetabix Standard for Food Safety, the Weetabix Document Management System (WDMS) and meeting BRC, legal and customer requirements.   Responsible for managing our identity and ethical compliance. Plan all internal audits (including resident contractors)  Book and plan all external audits, completing required docs and working with factories with close outs   Maintaining Compliance to all BRC, Integrity & customer standards  Crisis management administration and mock recalls  Review and approve material claims on 3i verify  Deputise for Retailer and Systems manager  Undertake any other duties, consistent with the level of the role, skills and experience, as may be reasonably required to help the business  The Ingredients (What we need from you) Key Know How: Lead Auditor experience Level 3 HACCP  Understanding of food safety, quality systems and BRC standards   Technical and quality background within food manufacturing   Your Bowl of Perks (Benefits) Competitive salary & Annual Flexible benefits We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, career, and life outside work.
