This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious practice professional to join a supportive team and gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering audit and accounts services while developing their technical skills and progressing their career. Key responsibilities of the Audit & Accounts Senior/ Semi-Senior: Preparing statutory accounts for a portfolio of clients. Supporting and leading audit assignments from planning through to completion. Carrying out audit testing and preparing clear working papers. Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and financial statements. Reviewing bookkeeping records and resolving queries. Preparing corporation tax computations where required. Liaising directly with clients and providing a high level of service. Supporting junior team members and sharing technical knowledge. The successful Audit & Accounts Senior/ Semi-Senior will have: Previous experience within an accountancy practice environment. Experience working on audit and accounts assignments. Strong understanding of UK accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements. ACA/ACCA qualification or actively studying towards qualification (or qualified by experience).
