As an Auction Specialist at our office in Düsseldorf (Germany) , you are responsible for the management, follow-up, and operational execution of vehicle auctions, with the goal of maximizing sales results and customer satisfaction. You work closely with a diverse portfolio of sellers, including traders, fleet owners, leasing companies, rental companies, and OEMs. By providing advice on auction strategy, pricing, and performance, you help customers achieve the best possible results. With your commercial mindset, eye for detail, and proactive approach, you monitor auction performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure a smooth and successful auction process from start to finish. What will you do?  As a key member of the Auction team, you will: Manage the end-to-end auction process by selecting vehicles and preparing them for auction. Determine competitive pricing using market insights and pricing tools. Monitor auction performance, follow up on bids, and maximize sales opportunities. Perform risk analyses on bids, cancelled vehicles, customer profiles, and stock. Build strong relationships with customers across your designated markets, providing expert advice and excellent service. Work closely with internal teams and follow best practices to ensure an efficient and seamless auction process.
