­­ Position: Attributes Convergence Engineer Working Location: Gia Lam, Hanoi Contact to: Vietsol Recruitment ([email protected]) Job Descriptions: • Support the Lead Engineer in compiling inputs from Benchmarking, VoC, Feature List, BOM, CAE, and Performance Attribute teams. • Prepare and maintain Attribute Requirement Matrices, dashboards, and convergence tracking documents. • Assist in monitoring target alignment across attributes such as NVH, dynamics, durability, safety, thermal, aerodynamics, packaging, and weight. • Coordinate with CAE teams, Design, DMU, System Owners, Product • Planning and Validation teams as directed by the Lead Engineer. • Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, follow-ups, and issue summaries for Design Convergence sessions. • Ensure accurate communication flow between attribute owners and project teams. Job Requirements: • Bachelors, from accredited University. Mechanical / Automotive/ Specialized in Vehicle Engineering • 2–5 years of experience in vehicle engineering (CAD), CAE support, or attributes-based development • Strong working knowledge of CAD environments (CATIA), to understand the design change content and report • Strong working knowledge of Agile and JIRA, assisting the Lead Engineer in: • Updating JIRA tasks • Tracking closure • Managing attribute workstreams • Preparing backlogs and dashboards • Support data extraction, reporting, and KPI generation.
