We're looking for a proactive and organised Attendance Officer to join our Student Services team. If you're passionate about supporting young people, enjoy working with data, and can build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As an Attendance Officer, you'll play a vital role in promoting excellent attendance across the College. Working closely with tutors, curriculum teams, and student support services, you'll help identify attendance concerns, engage with students and families, and implement strategies that improve attendance and contribute to positive student outcomes. This role is a permanent role, 39-week term time only, working 22 hours per week. Please note that shortlisting will not be conducted until mid August.
