Provides mental health services to the campus community, including one or more of the following services: individual, couples and group counseling and therapy; crisis intervention; consultation and outreach services. 1. Provides individual, couples and group counseling to students. 2. Participates in the development and delivery of support, awareness, outreach and consultation services to the campus community. 3. Provides initial assessment and on-call services to clients with personal concerns and maintains appropriate case documentation, supervision and evaluation records. 4. Performs clinical assessments and refers individuals to other resources as needed. 5. Develops and conducts outreach seminars, workshops, and programs. 6. May collaborate with other campus departments to create and implement programs for the campus community. 7. Assists in the supervision and training of interns, practicum students, and/or graduate students in counseling. 8. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
