Associate - Workers’ Comp., New Jersey Job Description Weber Gallagher has an opening for a highly-skilled and experienced associate attorney to join our firm in the Workers’ Compensation groups in either of our New Jersey offices. The individual will be responsible for handling a wide range of workers' compensation matters. Responsibilities: Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct well-reasoned legal research. Draft pleadings, answer written discovery, handle court hearings and trials. Communicate with clients, the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel while adhering to all deadlines. Ability to travel for court, client meetings, etc. Ability to work out of our NJ Offices (Mt. Laurel or Bedminster) in a hybrid capacity. Requirements: 4-8 years of experience, preferably in workers’ compensation matters. J.D. from an accredited law school. NJ active and good standing bar license, required. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated interest in worker’s compensation law.
