Description Veterinarian (DVM) – Immediate Opening | GP, Urgent Care & Emergency Let’s be honest—most associate jobs are built for comfort, not growth. This isn’t one of them. We are an AAHA-accredited, high-volume veterinary hospital in Rio Rancho, NM seeking a full-time DVM ready to practice meaningful medicine in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll manage GP and urgent/emergency cases with real ownership, supported by a true mentorship culture —not just onboarding. Our doctors are expected to think critically, contribute to standards, and grow. This role fits new graduates who want to be developed, experienced associates who want more autonomy, and doctors interested in leadership or future ownership pathways .
