Job Description Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Tech & ERP roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing globally. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Utilize ATS system to track and manage candidate data and recruitment metrics. Contribute to employer branding initiatives. Ensure a positive candidate experience. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Generate reports to measure recruitment success. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/ equivalent qualification in HR, Business, or related field. Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter in the Information Technology and Services industry. Experience in handling ERP recruitment would be an added advantage. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HRIS software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
