Our 4flow research team   conducts exciting research projects, develops innovative digitalization   solutions   and creates market-relevant studies in the field of supply chain management and   logistics . What your new challenge will look like As part of the 4flow research team, you will work on highly relevant and practice-oriented topics with a direct connection to research, initially limited to 3 years.   Your   responsibilities   will   include : • Ex tend our   expertise   in areas of Supply Chain Management   with and without quantitative focus,   e.g.   inventory management • Contribute to pioneering research projects and help   to define tomorrow’s supply chain strategies. • Deliver   research and   analytics services through programming and data management, including mathematical modeling and   design of   AI   agent s . • Collaborate on team activities and internal   knowledge exchange   initiatives to strengthen our agile culture. What makes you a great fit • You hold a Master’s or Diploma degree in a relevant field . • Strong technical skills in mathematical modeling ,   simulation   or   optimization . • P roficiency   in Python and common   scientific computing and machine learning libraries , combined with a strong interest in and first practical experience with modern AI technologies such as RAG and AI   agents. . • A passion for solving complex supply chain management and   logistics   problems, complemented by   initial   practical experience in the field . . • You’re   self-driven, eager to   learn   and ready to bring innovative ideas to the table.
