About the Role   We are seeking for Associate Strategy Director to join our Social @ Ogilvy Hong Kong team.  What You’ll Do   As our Associate Strategy Director,  the responsibilities include: Support the growth of the Social@Ogilvy business both in revenue and capability across the Ogilvy group Lead, grow and manage strategy for key regional and global accounts across social, content and creative Social and digital planning and strategy development Potential to support across local Hong Kong accounts Support the identification of opportunities to enhance our clients’ businesses and grow our own revenue through farming opportunities Manage direct and indirect team members, providing mentorship and guidance Actively contribute to the strategic capabilities of the Social@Ogilvy team Support the development, nurturing and influence of relationships across the Ogilvy Group to ensure growth across the business Contribute to thought leadership initiatives in APAC by developing and presenting our point of view on social, digital and other emerging technologies What You’ll Need    In order to be successful in this role you must: Be fluent in English with strong copy editing skills Have a Bachelors degree or equivalent with a strong academic record Have 7+ years developing and executing social media programs & strategies in an agency environment OR in a digital agency environment Have a lucid point of view on how social media should be integrated into business process Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written Demonstrate potential for talent development and mentorship of junior team members Think critically and creatively, meaning the ability to think clearly and rationally, solve problems and develop new and useful possibilities Plan and execute
