Business Function
Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibility
Personal Assistant Support to Head of Technology:
• Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with personal administrative tasks as required to ensure the Head of Technology's efficiency.
• Manage expense reports and procurement processes.
Tech Staff Onboarding & Workforce Management:
• Hiring Renewal and Replacement: Govern and support the end-to-end process for hiring, renewal, and replacement of the contingent workforce.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and external vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new contingent staff.
• Monitor and track contingent workforce contracts and ensure timely renewals or replacements.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between all parties involved in the contingent staff lifecycle.
Tech Staff Profile Maintenance:
• Execute all updates of application technology workforce profile changes within various systems platforms.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data related to contingent staff profiles.
• Manage related tasks concerning vendor billing and invoice processing for contingent staff.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support, performance management, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
