Job Title: Associate Retail Marketing Manager - Central & South America
Job Summary: Supports the Global Sales organization & Retail Marketing team to pitch and manage execution of retail activations in Central & South America. This individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to create impactful consumer experiences where Pokémon products are sold.

What you’ll do
Develop proposals with Central & South America TCG Sales team to secure incremental product placements and promotional opportunities at priority retail accounts.
Partner with Bellevue-based marketing teams, creative & brand services, legal, finance, and other internal departments to ensure in-market experiences adhere to TPCi global standards.
Identify new opportunities in the retail landscape for Pokémon that connect brand equity with local cultures.
Manage project execution, communicate status, and analyze performance with a focus on continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
Languages: Excellent verbal and communication skills in both English and Latin American Spanish, at near-native level.
Passion to create unique programs that combine Pokémon and partner goals
Experience working with external partners and able to communicate clearly and troubleshoot challenges diplomatically
Demonstrable ability to project manage, work cross functionally, and oversee multiple projects with various stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
