Responsibilities Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and best practices. Plan and execute campaigns to increase product awareness, adoption, and user engagement. Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and growth metrics to generate actionable insights. Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, conversion funnels, and overall user experience. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to launch and optimize growth experiments. Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and successful growth strategies across digital products. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Growth, or a related role. Hands-on experience building, growing, or marketing a mobile app or web-based product. Proven experience developing brand presence and driving audience growth on social platforms. Strong competitor research and market analysis skills. Ability to interpret data and make growth recommendations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and experimentation.
