As an Associate Outpatient Counselor, you will provide therapeutic services to children, youth, adults, and families in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to support client growth and progress. This role provides supervised clinical experience toward licensure and is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience, strong supervision, and the opportunity to build confidence in assessment, care coordination, and clinical decision-making. We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this position.
