By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. To further this mission, we’re looking for an experienced marketer who will sit at the intersection of growth, brand and operations, to develop integrated marketing strategies that deliver for DashPass members everyday.
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Manager on the DashPass Integrated Marketing team to own high-impact priorities that deepen DashPass member engagement across Canada, offering them a best-in-class subscription experience. In this role, you will use insights to develop consumer-first strategies to retain and engage DashPass members, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we are serving members’ needs, maximizing DoorDash value from our partner relationships, and driving our business forward.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Act as the lynchpin between marketing teams (Lifecycle, Media, Creative Studio), Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, and Analytics to build and execute on integrated marketing campaigns for DashPass Canada
Strengthen the membership experience by partnering closely with the Lifecycle, Operations and Product teams to create compelling member experiences and value that make DashPass membership worth it
Drive key strategic partnerships that fuel DashPass member growth and deliver meaningful value to members across Canada
Identify and execute on opportunities to increase DashPass subscriber retention in Canada, while establishing the role of marketing and how we can bring more value to our members
Create process where process doesn’t exist across key DashPass initiatives to streamline operations and foster a productive team culture
Drive the quarterly marketing goals and KPIs, and contribute to reporting to track their progress in partnership with Analytics, S&O and channel teams
Drive cross-functional meetings and own end-to-end project trackers to rally key stakeholders towards a shared goal
Establish reporting cadence across performance and retention campaigns, while driving action plans to grow our paid subscriber balance and reduce churn quarter over quarter
Identify gaps in consumer insights and create testing plans in partnership with Marketing Insights and Research teams
Create positioning and messaging frameworks for our lifecycle audiences, and establish testing plans that optimize DashPass value props to drive the highest conversion rate
We’re excited about you because…
You have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
6+ years of experience in consumer marketing
Fluency across the marketing mix, fully understanding marketing principles and their role across the funnel
An extraordinary bias for action; you’re dependable, self-motivated & able to multi-task
Demonstrable experience supporting cross-functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints
You put the consumer at the heart of your work and rally the business in fulfilling their needs through our products and benefits
The ability to connect with people, build relationships and influence with authority
A strategic, business-mind; you find trends in the data and look to gather audience-first insights
A creative and collaborative inclination; you love working with a team and solving challenging problems in new ways
A track record of driving and measuring business success through Marketing
