We are seeking a creative and analytical Associate Manager, Growth Marketing to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in performance marketing, digital media, and data-driven decision making who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. The Associate Manager will support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive subscription, lead generation, & commerce growth across our Enthusiast & Wellness brands, including Runner’s World, Women’s Health, and Men’s Health. This includes supporting paid media campaigns, testing acquisition strategies, analyzing performance and partnering cross-functionally to identify opportunities to grow audiences and revenue.
