Reporting Relationship: Project/Program Manager Role Summary The Field Execution Coordination Engineer is responsible for managing end-to-end on-ground implementation and OM of surveillance and IT infrastructure projects. The role focuses on supervising installation activities, ensuring site readiness, and maintaining strict adherence to project specifications, quality, and safety standards. The individual acts as a key liaison between internal teams, government authorities, consultants, utility providers, and vendors to secure approvals, resolve site-level challenges, and ensure timely project execution. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting inspection and acceptance processes, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and project requirements. Overall, the position plays a critical role in driving seamless field operations, stakeholder coordination, and successful project commissioning. Documentation Compliance Prepare and maintain field inspection checklists and reports Ensure proper documentation for inspections, approvals, and commissioning Support C2i and C3i teams for non-IT rectification work Ensure compliance with project guidelines and regulatory requirements Prerequisites Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related field. 1 2 years of experience in field execution of infrastructure, surveillance, or IT projects Must have Two Wheeler and Driving License.
