Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Director - Operational Readiness to support the delivery of operational readiness initiatives for world-class entertainment and cultural projects. In this role, you will play an essential part in coordinating cross-functional readiness activities, monitoring operational preparedness, and helping ensure smooth project launches that align with Qiddiya’s vision and high standards. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of operational readiness plans to guarantee successful project openings. Collaborate closely with project, operations, and training teams to integrate operational requirements and readiness milestones. Assist in conducting readiness assessments, identifying gaps, risks, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions. Help coordinate and manage training programs for operational staff to ensure optimal preparedness. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders to promote a unified approach to operational readiness. Contribute to developing best practices, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of readiness efforts. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5-7 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or operations within entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale project environments. • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines. • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders. • Experience in organizing training programs and operational readiness activities is highly desirable. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. • Understanding of the regional market and cultural context is an advantage.
