As an Associate Director of Influencer Marketing at Monks, you will lead the development and execution of integrated influencer marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of global clients. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for shaping overarching influencer programs that align with client business objectives, drive measurable growth, and strengthen long-term partnerships. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Creative and Strategy—you will ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly while delivering exceptional business results.
Beyond campaign leadership, you will play a critical role in growing the influencer marketing practice by identifying opportunities to expand existing client partnerships, developing innovative solutions, and supporting new business efforts through strategic proposals and client pitches. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating market trends, audience insights, and campaign performance into forward-looking strategies that position both clients and Monks for continued success. Your strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving client growth, fostering innovation, and elevating the agency's influencer marketing capabilities
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Leadership
Develop and lead comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with client business objectives, target audiences, and evolving market trends.
Partner with the Director of Influencer Marketing to define long-term strategic roadmaps that drive measurable business impact across regional and global markets.
Identify opportunities to grow existing client partnerships by expanding influencer marketing services, introducing innovative solutions, and developing integrated marketing strategies.
Support new business initiatives by contributing to pitches, developing strategic recommendations, and presenting influencer marketing solutions to prospective clients.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, creator economy developments, audience insights, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for clients and the agency.
Client Leadership
Serve as the primary day-to-day strategic contact for clients, providing proactive communication, campaign updates, and performance insights.
Present campaign strategies, recommendations, and results to clients.
Identify challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Campaign Performance & Budget Management
Define success metrics and monitor campaign performance to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
Develop post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
Influencer & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build relationships with creators, agencies, and partners across global markets.
Oversee influencer sourcing, vetting, negotiations, contracting, and campaign execution.
