Description
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Nature Conservancy is seeking a collaborative and motivated fundraising professional to join the Impact Finance & Markets (IFM) Capital Raising team. You enjoy building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and connecting donor interests with meaningful conservation outcomes. You are a strong communicator who can build trust with donors and colleagues alike. You are comfortable working across teams, managing multiple priorities, and navigating a complex, matrixed organization. You bring experience developing donor relationships and advancing fundraising strategies, while also maintaining a strong focus on stewardship and long-term engagement. You are curious and eager to learn. You’re excited by innovative approaches to conservation and interested in how tools such as carbon markets, impact investing, corporate engagement, and other market-based solutions can help scale conservation impact. While you do not need to be a technical expert from day one, you are comfortable learning complex topics, translating them into compelling donor conversations, and helping connect philanthropic support to innovative conservation work. Most importantly, you are excited to partner with colleagues across the Conservancy to secure the resources needed to advance TNC’s mission and support conservation outcomes at scale.
