The role combines hands-on expertise in digital campaign activation with program management, platform governance, testing, automation, and cross-market collaboration. The individual partners with practice leads, local market teams, Google, and platform partners to scale best practices and operationalize AI-powered media solutions. Key Responsibilities Campaign Testing & Activation Excellence Lead and support campaign testing frameworks across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. Review and QA experiment setups to ensure they follow approved testing methodologies. Support regional and publisher testing initiatives and emerging partner workstreams. AI & Platform Innovation Drive adoption of AI-powered campaign solutions such as: Performance Max Demand Gen WPP Open Open Media Studio (OMS) Identify repetitive operational tasks and automate them using tools such as Google Ads Scripts and JavaScript. Regional Program Management Track and support strategic initiatives including: Cracking Social Cracking YouTube AiQ score improvement plans Central agendas and governance Embedded AI projects Annual reservation buying across India and Japan Knowledge & Governance Maintain the Social Single Source of Truth (SSOT). Govern documentation, best practices, and knowledge repositories. Ensure consistent processes across APAC markets. Platform Access Management Manage onboarding and offboarding for platform access. Act as custodian for platform permissions across Google Ads, TikTok, and other activation tools. Ensure compliance with regional platform restrictions. Partnerships & Commercial Tracking Track partnership benefits with platform partners. Monitor APAC Joint Business Agreements (JBAs).
