We are looking for a strong, inspirational Associate Creative Director / Group Head – Copy to join our APAC Content Studio team, in Taiwan. This is a hybrid role that combines conceptual and applied copy skills with stakeholder and workflow management . You will act as the key bridge between Chinese-speaking Market teams and the English-speaking creative team , ensuring briefs are accurately interpreted, copy is culturally resonant, and deliverables meet brand and regulatory standards (alcohol category where relevant). You will oversee multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with the APAC Content Studio (Creative Director, Project Manager, Designers and other partners) to deliver work from brief through to final output.   What you will be doing Creative & copy leadership: Lead concept development and copy craft across campaign and always-on deliverables, with a digital-first mindset. Write, review and refine copy across formats (e.g., On trade, POSM, social, paid media, CRM, e-commerce, toolkits). Transcreate global English copy into Mandarin Chinese and/or develop original Mandarin copy as required for Taiwan (and China where needed). Ensure copy consistently reflects brand tone of voice, cultural nuance and audience insight. Market liaison & brief interpretation: Serve as the day-to-day bridge between Mandarin-speaking Market stakeholders and the English-speaking creative team. Translate and  interpret  briefs and feedback (Mandarin ↔ English), capturing nuance, intent and context, not just literal translation. Provide cultural and market context to creative partners to strengthen relevance and effectiveness. Quality control & brand governance: Conduct first-level QC of copy and deliverables before sharing with Market leads (accuracy, tone, consistency, compliance and craft). Ensure regulatory sensitivity and responsible marketing standards are applied (including alcohol category requirements where relevant). Act as a brand guardian, ensuring language output aligns to brand guidelines. Workflow oversight & stakeholder management: Partner with Project Management to manage timelines, dependencies, approvals and expectations across stakeholders. Keep work moving through feedback cycles efficiently; proactively surface risks, trade-offs and decisions required. Ensure smooth coordination between Market and ACS to deliver on time and to quality.   What you need to be great in this role: Must have: Strong background in a creative agency and/or in-house studio environment. Demonstrated conceptual copywriting and editing capability (portfolio-level). Proven experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder workflows. Fluent written and spoken  Mandarin Chinese and English . Exposure and experience dealing directly with clients, in a high-pressure environment.
