Description
Experience Without Limits Come shape the future of brand experience. At Jack Morton, we design and build   head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences that redefine what experiential marketing can achieve. We help our clients   unlock the full value of experiences  by turning bold ideas into meaningful connections. That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one.  We build on each other's ideas, challenge conventions, and show up for one another every day. Here, you'll do your best work, grow quickly, and partner across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life. This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and every win is shared. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the passion and talent of the people behind it. Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact. As an  Associate Creative Director , you are the creative engine responsible for coming up with big, brave ideas, defining the core creative direction, and shaping brand narratives rooted in solid strategy and client objectives. You don’t just execute a brief - you shape what the brief becomes. You take business objectives, and strategic insights, and transform them into narrative frameworks and compelling, story-driven experiences; where every touchpoint, from environment and content to spatial flow, is an intentional expression of one central concept.   Reporting to the Group Creative Director in Singapore, you come with a background in Art Direction or Copywriting, an experiential mindset, and a genuine hunger for work that moves people. What You’ll Be Doing Craft and Lead Experiential Narratives: Generate, write, and articulate overarching creative concepts that tie in with strategic insights, solve client briefs and align with business goals across mediums. Build Story-Driven Experiences : Expand these narratives into all touch-points, from spatial environments, prints, venue flow, and hospitality to content, programming, and digital - and working with the design team to visualise these experiences. Pitch & Champion the Vision: Present high-level concepts and narrative arcs to senior client stakeholders with authority and conviction: selling the strategic why behind the creative idea to win hearts and budgets. Direct Narrative Integrity from Pitch to Delivery: Maintain creative stewardship throughout the process, ensuring the core story and creative vision remain uncompromised from initial presentation to live execution. Infuse Cultural Relevance: Stay ahead of cultural, design, and technological trends, weaving modern narrative hooks and innovative conceptual frameworks into client briefs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other teams to bring the experiential vision to life, on brand and on budget. Growing People & Culture Oversee junior creatives and freelancers across local and global teams, fostering an environment where high standards, ambition, and craft are celebrated. Contribute to a creative culture defined by ambition, rigor, and genuine pride in the quality of the work.
