THE OPPORTUNITY   Do you have what it takes to think outside the box and tailor appropriate outreach strategies based on prospects' needs?    In this highly valued role, you will have access to our marketing and sales leaders, with the opportunity to develop critical and creative sales skills from our thorough onboarding and ongoing upskilling opportunities. You will have complete ownership of our upper pipeline within your region. You will partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to help companies understand the value of NavVis products and services. You will also get to collaborate with our Marketing team as a strategic thought partner to share valuable front-line insights.   The Business Development team you would join consists of specialists in our NavVis Reality Capture target personas, masters at both inbound and outbound qualification, prospecting and identifying new customers, uncovering pain points, sparking curiosity in potential clients, promoting brand awareness and managing a holistic sales approach. You will closely work with experienced sales professionals, find innovative solutions, and scale our business with our mobile indoor mapping solution. Would you like to develop your sales career at an innovative high growth company in a role with maximum growth potential that will take your career to the next level?        HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT You will be set up for success through our successful training program You will begin the sales cycle by developing a persona-focused strategy based on the relevant use case, key players, industry, and expected sales cycle in your region (Nordics) You will actively set qualified meetings and achieve revenue goals by: becoming a cold calling superstar and generating leads from targeted regional prospecting converting inbound leads from our marketing engine You will successfully navigate and overcome sales objections You will partner with Marketing to run strategic campaigns You will communicate our value propositions through strong customer interaction skills and drive urgency to consider NavVis as a solution You will take ownership of your accounts and openly communicate with the account executives to effectively manage the generated pipeline You will empower your outreach by leveraging our sales toolkit       WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE   1+ years experience in sales, marketing and/or business development with successful experience within a fast paced, goal-oriented company Being an ambitious self-starter with an enthusiastic work ethic will equip you to excel in a fast-paced environment The willingness to disrupt the status quo with great ideas to improve our process and outreach initiatives Ambitious cold-calling skills – you're a power hour master Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills that will help you master value-driven communication Your resilient mentality will enable you to proactively engage, prospect, network through a variety of mediums Your strong organizational abilities will underline your ability to manage numerous requests concurrently while achieving regional goals You have demonstrated experience with (or excited to master) sales tools (HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo) You have not only native-like English language skills, but also fluency (written and spoken) in at least one of the Nordic region's languages ( Swedish preferred ), to ensure effective communication
