O’Hagan Meyer’s Chicago office is seeking a litigation associate with at least five (5) years of experience to join its Design Professional and Construction Groups.  This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide-range of civil litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients. Requirements 5+ years of civil litigation experience in construction litigation and/or professional liability defense. Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials. The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
