Join us and help Take Us There.   The Role The Accounts Receivable Associate will be work closely with the Accounts Receivable & Revenue team, IT MIS and Product Managers to support the daily execution of the Accounts Receivable function and assist with ongoing initiatives to improve efficiency and data quality across the AR process. This role is ideal for candidates with an Accounting or STEM background who are interested in applying data analysis, process automation, and emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled tools, alongside accounting fundamentals. The role offers hands‑on exposure to core accounting processes, internal controls, and opportunities to participate in accounting transformation and process improvement initiatives. How You'll Help Take Us There Support efforts to identify opportunities to automate or streamline AR processes and reporting Participate in accounting transformation initiatives, including evaluating and testing AI‑enabled tools to improve productivity and efficiency Manage analysis of large amounts of trading data to support billing and revenue recognition efforts Modelling and impact analysis of new and proposed fee plans/fee concessions. Evaluate new and existing agreements containing performance obligations that need to be measured or tracked. Resolve and document any differences between provisions in a contract vs Salesforce requests. Generate, monitor and maintain global dealer/standard fee schedules for all trading revenue streams. Analyse discounts, rebates, and various revenue share arrangements to ensure criteria are met. Handle various pricing-related ad-hoc projects as needed. Assist with preparing and issuing customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and accounting policies Support month‑end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entry support, and variance analysis Partner with internal teams (Sales/Operations) to resolve discrepancies and improve billing accuracy Provide support for internal and external audits, including SOX documentation and audit requests Adhere to internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance requirements, including segregation of duties What We’re Looking for  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM‑related field 2+ years of relevant experience required Experience with data analytics tools Alteryx, SQL and Excel required Interest in or exposure to automation, data analytics, and emerging AI applications within accounting and finance Exposure to Salesforce, Python, Power BI or other BI tools or similar technologies is a plus Basic understanding of AR processes, internal controls, and reconciliation practices Familiarity with NetSuite system is a plus but not required Must be legally authorized to work in the US permanently without employment visa sponsorship required now or in the future What You Can Expect from Us Hybrid Environment: Our employees enjoy a mix of working in the office and from home Free Food: We provide free lunch for employees when they are working in the office.
