About the role As an   Assistive Technology Account Manager   (AT Consultant) ,   you will play a key role in improving outcomes for individuals with disabilities while increasing awareness of Tobii   Dynavox   products and services. You will provide high-quality support through both remote and in-person consultation while building long-term relationships with clinicians, stakeholders, and end users. This role primarily covers   Western Australia (WA),   where you will   collaborate   closely with our Clinical Team ,   and Technical Support Team to ensure solutions are aligned with the needs of clinicians, stakeholders, and users. Please Note:   This is a   hybrid role   based in   Perth, WA , with flexibility to work   3-5 days per week . The role includes regular travel across the Perth metropolitan area and surrounding regions   with occasional interstate travel. Candidates should be   located   within a reasonable driving distance of Perth.   P referred start date is   mid-September ,   with   flexibility to   accommodate   an   October start . In this role you will: • Strengthen and grow   Tobii   Dynavox’s   presence across primarily   W A as well as interstate. • Support clinicians and their clients throughout product trials, while building and   maintaining   strong professional relationships. • Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and information events focused on assistive technology and AAC. • Stay up to date with   evidence ‑ based practices   and developments in the field . • Represent   Tobii   Dynavox   at conferences, expos, and industry events across Australia. What   We’re   Looking For This role is well suited to a   self-driven professional who enjoys continuous learning, problem-solving, and working   autonomously . If you are proactive, passionate about assistive technology, and motivated by making a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities,   we’d   love to hear from you ! Ideal candidates will bring: • Demonstrated knowledge and   3-7 years’ experience   with   Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) , including supporting AAC assessments, recommending and prescribing AAC devices, and contributing to funding applications. • E xperience   in settings such as hospitals, schools, private practice, therapy organisations   as   a   Speech Pathologist   or   Occupational Therapist . • Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership or current   AHPRA   registration is   required . • Excellent   interpersonal, communication,   and   presentation   skills , with the ability to engage clinicians, stakeholders, and end users, understand diverse needs, build trusted relationships, and confidently support recommendations and decisions. • A   proactive   and   resourceful approach   to problem-solving, with the ability to   navigate clinical enquiries , ask questions ,   and work independently while knowing when to seek guidance and collaborate   effectively   with others. • A   growth mindset   and a commitment to ongoing professional development. • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel   is   required .
