Requirements for the role: – A degree or equivalent qualification in social work is essential. – Current registration with Social Work England. – Recent managerial experience in roles such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager is highly beneficial. – Substantial frontline experience within Children’s Services, particularly as an Assistant Team Manager, is crucial.
