The Opportunity
We’re hiring an Assistant Studio Manager — with a clear path to Studio Manager .
This is not a support role.
This is a leadership track role for someone who wants to:
• Run a business
• Lead a team
• Drive revenue and performance
Perform → you grow into Studio Manager
Stay average → this role will feel too demanding
What You’ll Own
1. Sales & Revenue (Top Priority)
• Drive memberships, class packs, and revenue growth
• Execute consults, tours, and follow-ups
• Track and act on KPIs: conversion, retention, attendance
• Build client habits → frequency and long-term value
2. Studio Experience & Brand Execution
• Deliver a high-energy, premium boxing experience
• Bring presence, urgency, and intensity to the studio
• Ensure every class feels full, electric, and engaging
• Turn first-time clients into loyal members
3. Team Leadership
• Lead front desk and trainers with clarity and standards
• Build a no-drama, high-performance culture
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training
• Hold the team accountable to results
4. Operations & Business Management
• Run a tight, efficient operation
• Manage labor scheduling and cost control
• Oversee trainer scheduling and performance
• Execute marketing campaigns and in-studio activations
• Solve problems quickly and independently
Core Skill Sets We’re Hiring For
This role requires a dual capability — not one or the other.
A. Business, Sales & Operator Mindset (50%)
• Sales-driven and results-oriented
• Understands KPIs, targets, and accountability
• Experience in performance-driven environments (retail, hospitality, fitness)
• Strong multitasking and execution under pressure
• Thinks like an owner, not an employee
B. Energy, Presence & Lifestyle Alignment (50%)
• Naturally high-energy and engaging
• Strong ability to command a room and create momentum
• Passion for fitness, training, and performance
• Comfortable in a loud, fast-paced, high-energy environment
👉 Boxing or group fitness experience is a strong asset
Ideal Backgrounds
We are specifically targeting candidates from:
• Hospitality leadership (Earls, Cactus, Joey, etc.)
• Premium retail (Lululemon, Aritzia — strong sales leaders)
• Boutique fitness (front-of-house leaders with sales ability)
You’ll Succeed If You:
• Bring both energy AND business discipline
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments
• Can manage multiple priorities without losing standards
• Take ownership instead of waiting for direction
• Want to grow into leadership — not stay in place
What You’ll Gain
• Clear path to Studio Manager
• Hands-on experience running a high-performance business
• Opportunity to grow within a scaling fitness brand
• Exposure to leadership, operations, and sales execution
Compensation
• Competitive base salary
