Description
As an Assistant Revenue Manager , you will support the Revenue Manager in maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, forecasting, and market analysis. You will work closely with the Sales, Reservations, Front Office, and Marketing teams to optimize room revenue, monitor market trends, and ensure the hotel's revenue management strategies align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry. Support the Revenue Manager in implementing revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability. Monitor room inventory, pricing, and distribution across all sales channels. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market trends. Prepare demand forecasts and recommend pricing strategies based on market conditions. Monitor competitor pricing and market intelligence to identify business opportunities. Manage room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue. Assist in the administration of revenue management systems (RMS), CRS, PMS, and channel management platforms. Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports. Work closely with the Sales, Reservations, Front Office, and Marketing teams to optimize business performance. Ensure rate parity and accuracy across all distribution channels and online travel agencies. Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and business plans. Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards. Stay updated on hospitality market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices. Perform other duties as assigned by the Revenue Manager or Director of Revenue.
